Idea generation and ranking of proposals

Involve participants in sharing ideas and opinions ina digital idea generation process involving structured and moderated chat tools. Have participants rank proposals ahead of plenary sessions to sift out most relevant and supported suggestions.

Majority types

All prevalent majority types: simple, qualified, or optional level is available in the platform. We also support simultaneous voting in several entities, such as companies and associations.

We can easily set up different permissions for owners, agents, and assistants and more. Disqualified persons can be exempted from voting on issues. This applies, for example, to the board when deciding on the board's discharge from liability.

We have a multiple-choice function for election of representatives of trust. Results are displayed as a ranking list. The result of the vote can be displayed as a percentage of the number of votes and as individual units.

Automatic voting

The voting list is created automatically in the platform when everyone who is registered for the General Meeting has logged in or been manually checked in.

It is possible to combine the General Meeting with pre voting via digital postal voting. Pre votes are then stored during the meeting. A participant in the meeting may change his or her vote on any issue by voting again. The latest vote counts.

Voting is usually completed in 5-10 seconds if most participants have a clear idea of the issue. The chairman decides when the voting ends - when all the votes have been cast or enough for a clear decision on the matter.

Reporting of voting results

We havedifferent solutions depending on your wishes, but we advocate our completelytransparent solution where everyone can see the results graphically and innumbers in live broadcast.

All participants can see how many voted for each option and how many abstained.During the meeting, the number of votes for and against the proposal is displayed. Information on how each participant voted is saved and can be made available after the meeting.
